From the Manufacturer
Reebok was founded for one of the best reasons possible: athletes wanted to run faster. So in the 1890s, Joseph William Foster made some of the first known running shoes with spikes in them. By 1895, he was in business making shoes by hand for top runners; and before long his fledgling company, J.W. Foster and Sons, developed an international clientele of distinguished athletes.

I wear these shoes to work and they are like walking on air. Since I'm on my feet all day it really helps when I get home and my feet don't hurt like they used to.

My husband and I are hard on shoes. We aren't heavy exercisers, we are just... well, clumsy, I guess. At 6'4" and almost 300 lbs., hubs needs shoes that are light on his feet and allow them to breathe. These shoes met the bill and look good on his houseboat-sized feet. He are happy wifs dem.

The Reebok Fuel Extreme is a very comfortable knock around everyday shoe. However, it is not the appropriate running shoe for me. I have flat feet, and this shoe totally makes my plantars Plantar fasciitis freak out. As a newbeie runner, just hitting 6mi distance capacity, this is not the shoe for anyone who struggles with bad feet. The shoe itself may work just wonderfully for someone who has good feet and is just getting into running. However, this is most certainly a shoe that you just buy b/c it comfy and can wear it to school or around town. For a runner, the shoe is everything, so I'm learning, and now with a little knowledge I know what my feet need.
