In 1949, Mr. Kihachiro Onitsuka began his athletic footwear company (Onitsuka Co., Ltd.) by manufacturing basketball shoes out of his living room in Kobe, Japan. I purchased these with my only intent being to use them for Beachbody's Insanity workout program. I must say, they are great... never have my feet hurt wearing these (the rest of my body has, but that is due to the workout!).
I did have to have the pair of shoes replaced after a week. The stitching came out on one of the shoes. I contacted ASICS and they told me I would have to pay shipping to them, and back, and it would take 3-4 weeks. I contacted Amazon, and they overnighted me a new pair, and paid for the shipping back to them. Amazon is a great company that takes care of their customers.
I highly recommended this shoes for any workout! Dig Deeper!

I had a Calcanectomy in 2009 and have been troubled with heel pain since the surgery. However, these shoes are the first to give me relief in this area while standing or walking. The softness and support in the heel is superior to any sneaker purchased in the past. The Asics Gel-Express 3 is very affordable and so happy with this purchase. I truly feel this has been a gift from God to receive some relief from my ongoing heel pain.

I have always been a nike guy and for the value thought I would give asics a try and I must say I am very happy that I did. This is a great shoe for my p90x work outs. The shoes look great and are very comfortable. They absorbe shock very well during the workouts and were almost half the price of the other shoes I was looking at. Great buy.
